Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
A: Shipping details become effective the day after you place your order and includes the time it takes us to receive, pack and ship your order. Orders are shipped Standard Shipping unless faster service is requested. Please allow 5-10 days for orders to ship.

Q: CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
A: Yes! If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason within our control, we will initiate an exchange or return immediately. To begin the process, please email info@loveelsy.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to fulfill your refund or exchange.

Q: DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
A: We are required by law to collect sales tax on items shipped within the state of Pennsylvania. The items taxable and specific taxable rate is determined by the county where the order is being delivered.
